Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MelodyShare mobile application (the "App") operated by MelodyShare ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the App.

Use of the App

Account Connection

To use certain features of the App, you may need to connect your Spotify or Apple Music account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content

When you generate and share music receipts through our App, you retain ownership of your content. However, by creating and sharing this content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the App.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• To use the App for any harmful, illegal, or exploitative purpose

Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers subscription services ("MelodyShare+") that provide access to premium features. By subscribing to MelodyShare+, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis
• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MelodyShare and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services such as Spotify and Apple Music. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MelodyShare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
